The purpose of these courses are to provide guidance on the implementation of the different Management Systems (Safety Management Systems (SMS), Fatigue Risk Management (FRM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)). They have been developed to give sufficient understanding of MS concepts and the development of management policies and processes to implement and maintain effective SMS and FRM, and use RCA to properly assess and eradicate error.
