Bostonair Ireland are assisting our client based in Dublin with the recruitment of Maintenance Team Managers, this role will be full time direct employment with our client.

Job Description:

• Strong leadership and influencing skills: ability to engage with people at all levels in the hierarchy in order to develop and agree clear actions plans.
• Determination and ability to advance the Maintenance Performance agenda: a clear enthusiasm and commitment to delivering continuous improvement in maintenance performance.
• Ability to understand trends and reports, understand their implications and potential effects and take action to respond in an appropriate, considered and articulated way.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills: ability to engage with staff, customers and stakeholders at all levels in order to understand their concerns and identify innovative solutions and opportunities for improvement.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Technical or Business qualification is required
• Minimum five years’ experience working in a technical company
• Management/supervisory experience within a maintenance environment
• Strong working knowledge of Irish Health & Safety and Environmental legislation is a plus
• ICT skills with good knowledge of maintenance management system, MS Office
• Experience of working in a manufacturing, maintenance environment on a shift basis
